Maraylya was a suburb of Sydney, located in the state of New South Wales, in the country of Australia. Maraylya is located 43 kilometres (27 miles) north-west of the city of Sydney in the local government area of the City of Hawkesbury
Maraylya lies within the boundaries of the city of Cattai Creek. In the north and the east, it borders the creek. The western allocation of Marallya is prone to flooding during heavy rain, particularly from runoff from the Scheyville national park. The floodwaters make their way to Long Neck Lagoon, which eventually flows into the Hawkesbury river less than two kilometres to the west.
Maraylya consists mainly of small-acreages properties used for doing farms and for keeping horses for recreation purposes. Scheyville National park lies adjacent to the south border of Maraylyah and is popular for horse trails for local residents. The place is called the Horse World Sports world Equestrian stadium.
In July 2020, a small section of Maraylya in the south was carved out and formed the other suburb of Gables.
